At ISCPM our strength is our people. We have extensive experience in Business Development and International Supply Chain Projects. We specialise in Asia Business. The combined experience of the company directors and our associate staff is in excess of 50 years.

This experience covers all areas of International Business and Supply Chain Management, both Strategic and Tactical. From Sourcing and Procurement through Planning and Materials Management to Distribution and Logistics.

Our training, coaching and mentoring staff have practical industry experience in many sectors as well as considerable teaching experience.

We believe in matching a project manager to the company culture of our clients. For this reason each of our Project Managers has undergone a comprehensive training program to understand corporate culture and change management techniques.

Emphasis is placed on our Project Managers having an implicit understanding of the Culture and Etiquette of the host country of our client and most of our Project Managers have a basic language skill in Mandarin.

Position: Senior Consultant
Experience: 8 years Purchasing, 5 years Manufacturing, 15 years Supply Chain Management with Amdahl, Bausch & Lomb and 3Com.

Associates:
Our Team of associates are industry seasoned professionals each with a minimum of 10 years experience in their area of expertise. They have managed complex international projects and each would have a minimum of 5 years exposure to projects in South East Asia.

The Team includes native language speakers from China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan and Philippines.
